Q: Is GodCares.tv free?
A: Yes.
Q: What is the largest size video that I can upload?
A: 200mb per file.
Q: Do I need any software to upload videos?
A: No. You do not need additional software.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: To change your password, log into your account and go to the 'Edit Profile' section. Click 'Edit Profile' and scroll to the bottom where you can set a new password.
Q: What video formats can I upload into GodCares?
A: GodCares accept avi, flv, mpeg, wmv, mov, 3gp, mp4, mpg.
Q: How do I share my videos?
A: First register as member. Once you have joined upload videos using the "upload" link on the upper right.
Q: How do I remove a video?
A: To remove one of your videos, go to My videos page. Click 'delete' link next to the video you wish to remove.
Q: How do I invite friends to GodCares?
A: In order to invite friend to join GodCares, sign in, then go to: http://www.godcares.tv/invite
Q: How do I embed videos on my Facebook and other social networks?
A: On each video page user Player Tags for embedding video on other websites. All you have to do is copy the contents of the field and paste them into the HTML of your website.
Q: I'm worried about people seeing my private videos. Can I keep videos private?
A: Yes. You don't have to make your videos public. When you upload your video you can choose the type of access - public or private. Videos marked "private" will only be available to those you identify as "friends" on the site. The list of your friends can be found on the "My Account" and "My Friends" pages when you are logged in.
Q: Can I still be a member even if I do not have any videos to upload?
A: Absolutely! We encourage everyone who enjoys watching the video to join because it allows you to vote, comment and take advantage of other features such as saving videos to your 'Favorites' section.

Q: Does GodCares allow all videos? What is your policy on pornography and extreme violence?
A: No, GodCares does not allow such videos. GodCares purpose is to share videos that glorify God and edify the community of faith. Any videos deemed inappropriate will be deleted by GodCares.
Q: How can I improve my video?
A: We encourage you to edit your videos with Windows MovieMaker, Apple iMovie or any other video editing program.
Q: Does GodCares share any personal information about myself?
A: Absolutely not. We do not give member's information out to anyone. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Q: Does GodCares obey the copyright laws?
A: Absolutely. GodCares respects the rights of copyright holders and publishers. We only accept videos from members who hold all necessary rights to the content they share. GodCares's will take immediate action to any notices of alleged infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If we receive a notice or have reason to believe that content you submitted infringes on copyright laws, violating videos will be suspended from the site and your account may be suspended until further review. Please send all violation alerts to contact@godcares.tv.
